A full 6-day Pro Series week: the Bimini Enclosure Workshop plus two seminars, the Saturday Tracks & Tricks Seminar and the evening Quick Canvas Estimator & Quick Frame Calculator seminar. If you intend to fabricate custom canvas as a profession, this is the workshop that maximizes your earning potential.
We start with variable frame systems and their design: how to improve a current design or start from scratch, and design enclosures that are leak-proof, functional, easy to use and good-looking. We also cover planning, placing and installing snap-less track systems.

Variable frame system design: frames for arch applications, sport-fishing frames, California dodgers, camper-backs, horizontal aft enclosures and more

Bimini tops: wrinkle-free tops with sculpted, zippered and snapped bow pockets and multi-directional patterning and fitting. You'll make one to take home.

Enclosure window systems: inner-faced and canvas-cut window panels. You'll make your own leak-proof smiles with screen to take home.

Windshields and connectors: plan, fit and sew multi-panel windshields with zipper flaps and connectors

Camper tops: the transition from a wide-beam camper frame to a canvas top, plus a flat-pattern rain flap
Each student sews an advanced Bimini top and enclosure panel to take home, has their own sewing machine, and receives a step-by-step Enclosure Camper Training Manual.
For students who have taken the Basic and Advanced Workshops, or experienced fabricators. The full curriculum includes the evening and Saturday seminars.
