Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases, class registrations and storage applications made through this website, operated by Northcoast Marine Solutions LLC ("NMS," "we").

Pricing and availability. Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. Fabric sold by the yard is priced per yard, and the quantity you enter is the number of yards cut. Volume prices apply automatically in your cart when you meet a product's yard threshold. If an item is priced wrong or out of stock after you order, we'll contact you and offer a corrected price, a substitute or a full refund.

Cut-to-order and drop-shipped goods. Material is cut to the quantity you order. Many fabrics ship directly from our suppliers, and those orders can't be changed or cancelled once cut or shipped. See the Refund & Return Policy.

Colors and product information. Screens show fabric colors differently, and dye lots can vary slightly. Call us when an exact match matters. Specifications come from manufacturers, and we are not responsible for their errors.

Classes and training materials. Class bookings follow the Class Registration & Cancellation Policy. Training videos, software and class handouts are for your personal use. Don't copy, resell or share them.

Winter storage. Storage applications are requests, not reservations. A storage spot is confirmed only after NMS approves the application and the 50% deposit is paid; the balance is due when we receive your boat. Proof of insurance is required. Storage is governed by a separate storage agreement, which we email when your application is approved.

Use of products and instructions. Our tools, materials, videos and classes teach and support canvas and upholstery work. You are responsible for using tools safely and for the suitability of your finished work. To the fullest extent the law allows, NMS's liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of Ottawa County, Ohio.
