Shipping policy

Where we ship. We ship within the United States only.

Processing time. In-stock supplies ship from our shop in Port Clinton, Ohio within 2–3 business days.

Drop-shipped items. Most canvas and marine fabrics ship directly from our supplier, usually within 1–3 business days of your order. If your order mixes shop items and drop-shipped items, it may arrive in more than one package. You'll get a tracking number for each package.

Carriers and rates. Shipping is calculated at checkout from your order's weight and destination.

Freight items. Sewing machines, full rolls and polycarbonate sheets usually ship by truck freight directly from the supplier. Freight cost depends on the item and your location, so we'll confirm it with you before the order ships and contact you to schedule delivery. Someone needs to be present to receive and inspect the shipment.

Local pickup. Free pickup is available at 250 SE Catawba Rd, Unit C, Port Clinton, OH 43452, Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM and Saturday 8 AM–noon. Choose Pickup at checkout and wait for our "ready for pickup" email.

Damage in transit. Please inspect your delivery when it arrives. Note any visible damage with the carrier, and email us photos within 7 days so we can file a claim and make it right.

Class materials are provided on site and don't ship.
